Education Bursary Awards For Indigent Ogbomoso Tertiary Institution Students
Applications are invited from Tertiary Institution students of Ogbomosoland origin from all Five Ogbomosoland Local Government Areas for the PIVOTAL CLUB ANNUAL EDUCATION BURSARY AWARDS.
Criteria for Awards
- Applicant must be Ogbmosoland indigen
- Applicant must be indigent, and He/She must produce evidence or write up statement to demonstrate that He/She is indigent.
- Applicant must be a registered student of a Public Tertiary institution and must be certified by the appropriate authority of the institution.
- Applicant must demonstrate good academic performance, with a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.00/5.00 or a pass for medical student. The statement of result must be signed by the registrar or appropriate authority of the Institution.
- Applicant must have completed year 1 in the school.
- Applicants must not be final year students.
HOW TO APPLY FOR THE PIVOTAL CLUB BURSARY AWARDS
Each applicant shall submit a typed application letter, not more than 500 words addressed to The Chairman, Education Committee, OGBOMOSO PIVOTAL CLUB, Lagos. The letter must include the name of Candidate, Tertiary Institution, Course of Study, Year of Study, Town or Village in Ogbomosoland, and Local Government Area and why the candidate believes that he/she should be given the Bursary Award. The application letter must be accompanied by:

- Evidence of being an indigene of Ogbomosoland and a letter from his/her Oba in Ogbomosoland certifying that the candidate is from that town or village.
- WAEC/NECO/SSCE resuIts and JAMB admission letter.
- Candidate's current Tertiary Institution Identity card
- A letter from the candidate's current Head of Department or Dean of student affairs of the candidate's institution, including correct information of the candidate's Bio-data, Academic Profile and CGPA for the last academic semester
- A current passport photograph.
- Reference must be a non-family member who can attest to your character and academic abilities
